My package has been in the same stage for most than a month already, and it returned like 3 times and now it isn’t moving. Please I need to have any information about the package, cause I don’t want to lose it

It's in transit to Mexico now. There will be update when it arrives in Mexico. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
