My package say’s delivered but it was never delivered my Tracking ID is AG479801616CN can you please tell me about my order

Hi Odd Gunner,

According to the tracking information, AG479801616CN was delivered to CROOKSVILLE OH 43731 on Dec.12. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, you need to use the number to check with USPS. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
