I mail one picture to my family in china on July but my package is on held in Guangzhou custom since 9/4/2022. my tracking number is eh028401763us. thanks

Hi lizhutan,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
