My package was not delivered as you claim

I had a package being delivered and I kept checking the tracking number on it because it was already later than it claimed it was gonna take. Then it claimed it had been delivered but it was not and I know this to be true because I was home all day and my dog would have let me know if someone was here. And before you say to do all of the other things to check…yes I talked to my neighbors, I’ve talked to my Postal Service, and I’m getting a refund from the company for my item but they said they do not refund the shipping…I should not have to pay $12.99 for shipping when nothing was shipped to me!!

I have told them many times and they keep saying they have nothing to do with the delivery fee and that I have to receive it from the carrier.

Hi Michele,
China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is not sent to the receiver, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods, you have the right to get the delivery fee back from seller.

The seller should refund you fully if you don't receive anything. You need to require the seller refund the shipping fee.
