My package was delivered to wrong address, how do I correct or get refund.

My package was delivered in Syracuse Ny but my address is 3680 Capitol Ave. Mason, Ohio 45040. And that is the address on my tracking information. Can you help me get the package or a refund for my money ?

Sorry, we couldn't refund you. You need to get refund from the seller.

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact USPS to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. The seller should give you a solution at last if you couldn't get it.

You claim you delivered my product on Feb.20/25, but you delivered it the the wrong address in the wrong Province of Canada.
