My package was delivered but I don't know where it is

My package AS033983338CN was delivered but it doesn't say who recieved it. How can I know where it was delivered?

Hi ANILA BALLIU,

You need to require the seller in China to open a case to China Post to check where it was delivered to and who signed for it. Only the seller could do that. If the seller doesn't cooperate, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
