My package was cleared by the custons but not delivered

Package was cleared by custons on 04/JUN but not yet delivered due to "waiting delivery costs payment". The freight was already paid. I would like to solve this matter ASAP.

You'd better contact Correios Brazil to check why it's still stuck now. When it's in Brazil, Correios Brazil will deliver it to you.
