Why is my package taking so long . I've seen persons order after and got there's. It say it reach Toronto since December 7 what are they doing to it

It should be delayed in Toronto by your local courier. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

According tonthe tracking number UW720127150CN my item has arrived in Toronto as of June 23rd. However I live in Montréal and the item should be shipped to me at my home adr. So I was wondering what the delay was and how I could get my item? Please help.
