My package to China is being blocked in custom, what can I do ?

Hello,
I sent a package from France to China and according to the tracking information (EC165429746BE), it's now being held by China custom because of missing invoice. At the time of sending the package, I didn't think about adding invoice because these things are bought from time to time throughout my travel or in supermarket. As it's not being kept by China custom, I wonder if there is a way I contact the China custom to explain and provide additional invoice for some items in that package. I tried to call the number 028-85885101 on the tracking information but no one answer. I'm really frustrated and afraid that my package could be destroyed. Please any help is really appreciated.

You need to contact 028-85885101 again and again to ask how to provide the material to customs.

Thank you for replying me. I've tried to call 028-85885101 many times but no one answer. Is there any other way to contact the custom?
If we cannot contact them to submit the required documents, will they destroy the package or send it back to the sender?
