Return package sent back from U.S to China on begainging of June, seller receiver refused declare to customs. It's been held for over 2 months. What happen if receiver does not do customs declaration? Would customs return the package to sender? How long will it be retuned back to sender? Do customs have deadline return the package?

Any help is appreciated. My package with tracking CH214207080US has been held in customs since the 29th and hasn't moved. Is there an issue or is it just a waiting period for the customs to clear? It is an item being sent back to the company for repair. Have asked the recipient and they have not been contacted by customs.

I returned a package on June 14th and I have yet to get the notification that it’s been delivered. When I check my tracking number the status of my package says, “Held in Customs” the location where it’s being held at is Beijing EMS, China. I’m just scared because it’s been there for over a week now. Any help is appreciated, I’m just really worried.
