My package stuck over 7 months

Hi mi tracking number is RV537881457CN (the seller doesn't support me). It was been handed over the carrier transport for almost 7 months, the last update was on Beijing International Mail. processing center.

It couldn't be left China and is stuck in Beijing. As you couldn't receive it in three months, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
