Felt that brother, have a package inbound to Canada using SAL with the exact same status as yours. Presumably it is in CAN (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) awaiting in some sort of queue. I contacted the sender so they can call China Post as my Mandarin proficiency is abysmal and they said that China Post said that is the case. Unfortunately, as we both sent our Packages right after Christmas, there's just a variety of factors at play. Firstly, a lot of packages are sent during the Holiday season, so there is a backlog from that. Not to mention, I would imagine that they don't work during New Years. Then in February there is Lunar New Years, during which time I do not think they are operating. Finally, China is currently lock down due to COVID. Thus, while there are flights coming from CAN, I would imagine they are struggling to process everything. I personally regret not getting the package sent around November because I had a friend that sent one around that time that received their package in only 35 days. However, it is what it is. Hopefully this provides some relief.
