I have returned a bad product sent to me and close to 2 months pacckage is with custom, do I need to clear the package and how can I get it clear in custom to enable the package sent back successfully to the seller where I bought the package

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

I have sent a package EC165429746BE from France to China. After it’s being held by custom, I have sent the invoice to my recipient to do the declaration online but the custom review is failed. May I know the reason why and how can I do to clear custom because the invoice is already submitted but still failed? What will happen if the custom can’t be clear then? Please any help is truly appreciate.
