Both of my packages say they have been delivered but I have not received either of them.

Hi Jtyler,

They may not delivered to your address. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

My package is saying that it was delivered on 10/18 (it's the 24th now) and I still have not received it. All answers I've received is "it says it was delivered".
