My package says it arrived but it did not, is my package lost?

Hi,

I have contacted many people but I am not able to contact the person who shipped my item. I am not able to find their adres or information anymore. Another site told me to contact you for my order: AM343557695CN
I see online it says delivered but this is not the case, before I mark it as scam I want to make sure I have all the information for my insurance claim. Can you let me know where my package is and who the person is who shipped it?
