My package says delivered and it was not delivered to me

Your tracking site says that AT462793266CN was delivered to my address and it was not. I need the us postal tracking number associated with this package

Hi Sean Reilly,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
