I never recieved my package and it said it was delivered I tried to call the supplier but it's say the number doesn't exist and I look at my camera and no one showed up at the time it was delivered

As the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
