My package said it was delivered but it was definitely not delivered

I am looking for answers before I turn this over to my state senator. My package was not delivered I have sent one message with no answer-i have contacted PayPal. I am copying our congressman on all messages to you.

Hi Jody burrell,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation about where it was dlivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
