Hi Allan,

It's delayed due to the coronavirus. It's still stuck in Dongguan, China now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Dear Daisy Madam, refer to your reply, the package has arrived in our country India in April 2021, but its not reached at our home town in Mumbai yet. Request you to kindly look into the same.
Also, its been more than 2 months the order has been placed and the package has not reached our home yet.
