Hello everybody. I am an aliexpress buyer. According to your tracking information RX487632450DE this item has been returned to the seller. And would like to find out where is the item. please help me

Cannot find the tracking information. Maybe the parcel has somthing prohibited to deliver? Please contact the sender or you can ask for Purchase Protection and open a dispute to AliExpress to ask your money back.

Tracking Number LY524248555CN

It shows it was sent out in November and then just today shows as "returned to Shanghai exchange"
I've bought from this seller several times in the past with no issues or problems so im not sure why this order would be returned. Will it be resent or returned to the seller?
