My package RE059756761CN stuck since may 2020

My package RE059756761CN was leaving Zhejiang Ryan city center to Ryan City Business Department Cross River since May 15th, 2020 and never arrived at Indonesia until this day. When will I receive my package? It is almost 6 months. Does it always this long to deliver things from China?

Hi Pramuda,

You couldn't receive it. Don't wait for more days. According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back to the seller. It has been in Wenzhou City where the seller is located since May 15. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Hello - my package LY187705658CN has been apparently stuck at the Guangzhou Airport since 4/29. There has not been any progress on the tracking information since this date. Is there any way to push it along? Or is there any thing that can be done? I understand that there's going to be delays due to COVID-19, but more than a month seems excessive. Thanks.
