My package was never delivered and now is missing. US says the destination customs HOLD since 29th Jan, here is the tracking ref# EH103173475JE
The receiver called the local post office but NOT HELPING. Please HELP to find my package and redelivery or return it !!!

You need to require the seller to do a formal trace investigation from China Post. Only the seller can do that. The seller should refund you first. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
