My package is traveling since May and stuck since 1 month

Hello, my RV431097186CN package is traveling since May and, according to an email you sent, it’s stuck in Lituania since end of June! Do you know why?? Any hope to have it in Italy soon?

Hi Alessandro,

When it's in Lituania. It will be delivered by local Lituanian Post. It may be delayed due to coronavirous. I have seen many package stuck there for a long time. You'd better wait for more days to get update. It should be reached recently to my experience after a month's stuck.

I am traveling throughout Asia right now and am only in China for 11 days. I sent my winter clothes from Korea to China so I did not have to carry them throughout my month of traveling in Thailand.
