My package is stuck? Why?

Hello!
I sent the package to the USA, tracking number LW664455536CN, but it is stuck in the sorting center on 23 of September for almost 2 weeks. What happened?

It should have left China and en route to the US now. It usually takes about 25-40 days for it to arrive and there will be further update when it's in the US.
