My package is stuck in Liege-Linehaul since 11 november 2020.

Hello!
Can you please help me to find out why my package is stuck in Liege Linehaul since the middle of november. It's almost two month so something is wrong. It's tracking number LT373036256NL.

I ordered a package at Aliexpress on 15-12-2020. It was devided in 2 differtent packages. 1 I received on 28-12-2020. The other is still not in yet :(. Tracking shows it's in Liege - Linehaul since 25-12-2020. I did read somewhere it's like customs, but customs can't hold a package for more than 30 days not?
Can you support me in this?
