My package hasnt moved from the Shanghai sorting centre. It seems that everything moves fluid until it reaches there, and then there is no update. One package hasnt moved in 16 days and another in 10 days. Tracking numbers LZ361955509CN and LZ389794917CN. May you please assist me. Thank you.
