My package is stuck and delay over 19days

Hi , please help ED000602195IT due to local post in milan. There’s 2 address on my package, one in english and one in chinese. But the correct address is in chinese.. i send it from milan to guangzhou and t’s been 19 days delay but local post in china didn’t want to send my package eventhough the receiver already state that’s their package in guangzhou.

I ordered a package and it has been stuck in the same location since the 19th of June. I get the message sorry logistics delay on aliexpress when I check the tracking. It was shipped more than a month ago and I wonder what has happened to my package as I can't find any information about a reason for logistics delay, where the package is or how long the delay can last.
