Hi. The package (AG739457728CN) cleared US customs 13 days ago but there has not been any update since then. Delivery was supposed to be 7 days ago. Can you please provide updated information and let me know when I can expect the package to arrive??

It arrived in the US weeks ago… it was cleared at US customs on Jan 19… it is now Feb 2nd. South Russell is where I live… NOT where customs is located. And, we don’t have a post office in South Russell. Can you provide me a United States Postal Service tracking number?
It arrives in the US now. To my experience, it takes about another week to be delivered.
