Hi Gifty,

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. You'd better wait for more days to get it. If you couldn't receive it in time, you can contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Shipment stuck in Liege Linehaul for 16 days (3 replies)

I have noticed that some people have a problem with shipments that arrived on 01.12 in Liege. I have a shipment that has been stuck in Liege since 1st December and is not moving. I also have a shipment that arrived in Liege on 02.12 and has already been delivered to the destination coutry. Therefore, the problem is not because of Covid-19. I first contacted the seller, then the post offices in Belgium and the Netherlands, and finally the airport and customs in Liege. No one can tell me why the shipment is stuck. I want some information, becouse there isn't logical explanation why the shipment from 01.12 in Liege is stucked and shipment from 02.12 in Liege is delivered in destination country.
