My package is not updated

Hi!

My tracking number is : LS014198158NL

I have been waiting for more than a month for this product to finally enter the Netherlands, be treated at customs there and finally arrive in Hungary. My question is, what is the reason for the delay? Where can my package be at all? I'm very worried, please help
