My package is missing. It’s been four months

My parcel - EV978310565CN was posted on the 06/06 but was cancelled on 14/06.
It has not been returned to the sender.
I want to know when it will be returned and when I’ll get a refund since you did not fulfil the service. I tried to call you several times picking to English option (8) on008659138129145 but four times I was redirected to non English speaking agents that were unable to assist.
CP389192877CN- I have had no update since 24/04.

This was your response on June 21;
"It didn't pass the customs check and was returned back to the seller. The seller has got it on June 14. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible."
The seller never got the item back. So where is it?? It's two weeks now and 9 items are missing. I don't know how it didn't pass the check because it was only clothing inside. There is no prohibited material.
I have called several times and you say you have an English line but I am only transferred to Chinese agents. I called ten times and the same thing. I emailed you and no response. You have lost my item?
