My package is lost. No tracking information since 30 July 2021

EB749959052CN this is the tracking number. There is no information since 30 July. Please help.
Can I make a claim if it is lost?

Hi natalie,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on July 31 and is in transit to UK now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I have ordered my package on July 1st 2021. The estimated delivery date is August 31st 2021. The package has been going in and out of transit for DAYS, and I believe it has been lost before I told the seller. Will I get my package before after the delivery date or before??
