My Package is late!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a package with China Post (Tracking Number: LW596357515CN). The package was received by China Post on 15/March, however I have not received it yet. The package is in transit for 58 days till today, and the latest update is that the package is handed over to the airline on the 24th of March.
I am looking to hear from you for any updates about the package as it took a lot of time. If the package is missing, or won't be delivered soon, I would like to get full refund for my package.

Hi, I have a package with China Post (Tracking Number: LZ004724150CN). The package was received by China Post more than a month ago, however I haven't received it yet.
I totally undestand the situation but could I please have any news about it ? And I also would like to know how long it is still gonna take.
If the package is missin could you please let me know, I would like to get full refund for my package.

It has left China and is still in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send one again to you) as soon as possible.
