my package is kept shifting between ZhengHou and beijing for a month

I am wondering why my package (LZ994182525CN) kept shifiting between Zhengzhou and Beijing only. Its arrived at Zhengzhou on Aug 5, 2021 then transfered to Beijing on Aug 12, 2021 and did the same repeatly 3 times already.
There are also a note said that "security return" on Aug 28, 2021. I am confusing that is there any problem occured?
