My package is in tranzit for a month!!!

My parcel status RE152305779CN hasn't been updated for 1 month. My package has been stuck in transit status for a month now. It arrived on December 6th but was not handed over to the Romanian Post.
I contact my postal operator and they said that the parcel hasn’t arrived in the Romanian Post network because the last operator did not hand it over to them.
Please check the status of this package for me to receive the package.
