my package is in a loop in China (Guangzhou - Beijing) for more than a month

I ordered a small package from China which went from Guangzhou to Beijing, than back to Guangzhou and again to Beijing and obviously it can not go to Europe . Tracking code is RV502099823CN. Any solution?
