my package with the following tracking number ACWL25030500500 Is waiting for custom china inspection for more than 20 days. Seller did the follow up but hasn't been provided me with detail problem. Would you mind let me know what is the problem and why custom inspection of origin country took so long?

I want it to be returned,its a return, it came from china and i just returned it.
Why is staying there?
