Hello. My package LY835477591CN has been stuck saying “the plane entered the port” for well over a month now. How do I find out what has happened to my item? Is it lost perhaps or was it returned mid-transit? Please help…

Package says it’s arrived at destination for over a month now and still not received it, can someone please have a look at this for me LV456710815CN
It's still stuck in the middle location now. You'd better wait for another 20 days to see if there is any update. If it's still stuck there, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
