My package hasn't moved in a week and seller isn't helping me. What should I do?

I ordered my package on 24 June, and it is now the 10th of July. That would’ve been fine. However, my seller does not reply when I ask questions and there’s no other way for me to track my package because the DHgate tracking hasn’t been updated. I would like to see if there was any way to get my USPS tracking number or to talk to them instead? My order number is 3646477463and my tracking number is AQ018739865CN
