My package hasn't moved.

Hi. My package comes from Hong Kong and it says it's arriving between the 23rd and 28th of October. It has been stopped in the same place for at least three days at this point. Can someone help me? It's from Shein. The details say it's LastMile with the following tracking number 489962730011. Thank you for your help!
