Hi my name's Florian, I come from Albania, my parcel hasn't yet reached my hands, I've looked everywhere but nothing appeared. It's at least 6 months that I'm awaiting for it, can you find out what has happened? My parcel consists of two laptops which is a precious gift I bought around march 9th of this year so please find it and send it to me! Code is AS032593804CN

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Albania. Then, use the number to check with Albania Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
