My package was marked as left Beijing on May 23 in route to Shenzhen and has not had any updates since.

Hi gpunger,

You'd better contact USPS to check if it could be tracked after it arrives in China. Also, contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received any notice from China Post about picking up the package.
