My package has not moved for 10 days (Tracking: EV995920933CN)

Hi there,
My package has not moved nor updated for 10 days. It says CNCAND,China, International item has left the originating country and is en route to Canada. On another tracking website, it says handed over to the courier. I don't know if my package is lost or something happened to it.

My tracking number is EV995920933CN

Hi kaz,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on September 18 and takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
