Hello I noticed my package has reached Shenyang. It has been there for the past few days not far from the delivery destination. Why has it not been delivered?

I contacted you on 08/31/2020 in regards to my package. You said give it more days to process. It has been 5 days since. I don't think it takes that long to process a package and deliver. My package is currently in Shenyang not far from its delivery location. What is blocking delivery. I'm trying to get a refund on my item and I'm already past the due date. RN619007038GB
