My Package has not haqd any tracking updates for over 40 days.

My Aliexpress order was supposed to delivered in 38 days. The seller shipped on 1/7/2020 and the tracking has shown nothing since then. The tracking has shown the following since 1/8/2020. The seller does not reply to my inquiries (great customer service) so I do not know who else to ask.
