Hi Michael,

It's not lost. It usually takes 15-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Philippines after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Why is it 40 days? Why is it that long?

Package Stuck in Transit (3 replies)

Hello,
This is Jack. I have a package being shipped via the China Post and it's been stuck on the same status for over a week now. The tracking number is CP425503543CN . The tracking status of it reads:

Shanghai, leave Shanghai International Terminal, next stop Shanghai Exchange Station (transit)

It's been like that since Dec. 8th, 2020. I do recognize that the Coronavirus could be affecting things, but I'm still concerned, since it's been the same status for over a week now and it appears that it hasn't left the country yet. Is there any way I could get an update regarding that matter? Whenever you can, please answer my question in the best way possible. Thank you and happy holidays!
