My package has been stuck since the 15th

I ordered something on 12/06/19. It has yet to arrive. I check the status and it hasn’t moved since the 15th. Please help me. This was supposed to be a Christmas present.

It left China on Dec. 15 and is still in transit to your country now. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
