I placed an order through amazon and china post was the chosen courier. The expected delivery date was on Dec 2nd.

However, when I track the package (#LO436479672CN) it seems it is still in China.

The address to be sent was:

U11806, 22 Merivale St
South Brisbane 4101, QLD
Australia

Can you please confirm this is true and estimate when would the package be sent?

shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Changsha City office to Australia on Nov 21.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Changsha ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is holiday shipping rush season, processing is very slow. Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.

My package ordered and paid for delivered to an agent in Rush city Minnesota USA when it should be in UK tracking number LW311564522CN can’t get any help from anyone been in transit over 50 days shocking customer service
