The seller is saying they delivered my package, but tracking shows it has been delivered to sorting center in San Francisco. I live in NY. Tracking is UJ379518424CN. I don't mind a slight delay, but it's been there for almost a month and a half!

It's been almost a month now and it seems my parcel has not moved after arriving at the Shanghai sorting facility. When can i expect the package and has it been lost? How has the coronavirus affected this issue? It's fairly urgent and the sender did say it was posted with express.
