thank you very much for your speedy response, can you please tell me why this is not normal? i cant understand why it is been sent to airline so many times, if there is not enough space on one plane isnt that put on the next plane? any reason you can think of to let me know whats going on. again thank you for your response in advance

The packages in the same plan are packed in a large package. If one has a problem, the large package will be returned to be checked. The reason may some of the packages together with yours have some problems, so yours together with them were returned back to be checked again and again.

If it's returned back, it should show 'guangzhou, has been exported to open and dismantle' the same day or the next day. But this time, it has been four days and no update.

Sorry to bother you again, there is a new update on 07/10/2018, "handed over to airline, China" - what does this mean ? is it stuck for ever?

Yes, it may met some problem and stuck there again in the past days. You need to track it often to see if it will leave successfully this time.

It's still available in tracking system. I checked it for you and found there is no further update since last update on October 7.

It's not normal and needs to be tracked for a longer time. If it has been sent to airline and after that no update for over 5 days, it means it left China successfully.
